Paul Klee
Tate Modern
13/2/14
I enjoyed it but not in an engaging manner. There was a beauty of being free and curious in his work. I went for the second time to see Klee and I think I appreciated his work more than the first time.

Reith Lecture 2013: Grayson Parry
Only just discovered the joy of Reith Lectures!
This year is by Grayson Parry, you either love him or hate him. Lectures are interesting as he brings art to our eye level and also discusses many controversial and commercial aspects of contemporary art. He might change my view or educated me to accept contemporary art as what it is.
I have uploaded the links of each lecture, so please just click to listen. Enjoy it!
- 1st talk- Democracy has bad taste
- 2nd talk- Beating the bounds
- 3rd talk- Nice Rebellion, Welcome In!

Summer exhibition 2013
It was good fun to see lots of random work from diverse group of people.
Interestingly paintings were still far more popular catch than prints for obvious reasons
but great to see different mediums on display. Grayson Parry's large scale tapestries
were very good and thought provoking.
Maybe there is hope for me too!

I have to say, I really enjoyed his exhibition when I did not expect
to be surprised and heard 'Scream' did not come!
So I decided to paint my version of 'Scream' and
I plan to paint a parody version of it too.

Metamorphosis- Titian 2012
11 July- 23 September 2012
@ National Gallery
A very clever and interesting collaboration of three artists
Chris Ofili
Conrad Shawcross
Mark Wallinger
It was a cross over of art, dance, and music in its various forms.
I am a fan of Chris Ofili and it was a delightful occasion to see his
very recent paintings.
